Orders received by Solar imexSOLAR are processed a few hours after payment. imexSOLAR ships via DHL, DPD or UPS.
DIMENSIONS AND WEIGHT
Indications of dimension and weight in our brochures and catalogues
and in internet are not binding. Information and technical documentation
are only binding, if specifically assured.
PROTECTIVE RIGHTS
Our drawings and documentation are not allowed to be released to third
parties. In case of violation the buyer obliges himself for indemnification;
further we are allowed to withdraw from the delivery contract with
immediate effect.
RETURNS
If you are returning a product, follow this procedure:
- Phone us or send us an e-mail to inform us about the Return.
- Package the product safely, in the original shipping box and packaging materials.
- All returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer to imexSOLAR. Repaired or replacement merchandise will be shipped back to you prepaid by imexSOLAR.

WARRANTY
If anything you buy from imexSOLAR fails during its warranty period, please contact imexSOLAR or the manufacturer directly for instructions.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order is damaged during shipment, please contact imexSOLAR. We will replace your merchandise following the Returns Procedure described above. imexSOLAR will take care of all damage claims with the carrier..
