imexSOLAR strives to keep healthy stock levels on all items featured on our website. If imexSOLAR is out of an item, we'll notify you when the item is available for shipping.

SHIPPING
Orders received by Solar imexSOLAR are processed a few hours after payment. imexSOLAR ships via DHL, DPD or UPS.
RETURNS
If you are returning a product, follow this procedure:
- Phone us or send us an e-mail to inform us about a Return.
- Package the product safely, in the original shipping box and packaging materials.
- All returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer to imexSOLAR. Repaired or replacement merchandise will be shipped back to you prepaid by imexSOLAR.

WARRANTY

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order is damaged during shipment, please contact imexSOLAR. We will replace your merchandise following the Returns Procedure described above. imexSOLAR will take care of all damage claims with the carrier..
